>> Rachel: Hey, It’s time for Chompers, your morning and night toothbrushing show.

Pick a side on the top of your mouth, and start brushing the inside, outside, and chewing side of each tooth.

>> Kids: 3, 2, 1 Brush!

>> Rachel: It’s bodies week on Chompers and tonight we have the answer to the riddle from this morning.

Here’s that riddle again:

The longest one is your femur

The smallest is in your ear

They make all of your blood cells

And breaking is what they fear

What are these?

>> Kids: Bones!!!

>> Rachel: Switch to the other side of the top of your mouth (SFX), and give your tongue a brush too!

Bones do a lot of awesome things for your body. Without bones to help us stand up straight, we would flop around like jelly fish (Sfx flop flop). Bones also make all of the blood cells for your body. Blood cells move oxygen from your lungs to the rest of your body, keep your muscles strong, and help fight germs (SFX HIYAH!) and bacteria that could make you sick (SFX SNEEZE).

Switch to the bottom of your mouth (SFX), and make sure to reach the molars in the way back.

Here’s another riddle:

I am your biggest muscle

I help you run and jump

My name is gluteus maximus

But you can call me rump

What am I?

>> Kids: Your Butt!

>> Rachel: Your bottom, your rump, your tooshie! That’s right, the gluteus maximus muscle is also known as your butt.

Switch your brushing to the other side of the bottom of your mouth (SFX), and keep brushing!

Your glutes are the biggest muscle group in your body. It’s important to keep these muscles strong because we use them all the time, walking up stairs, jumping, and even just sitting up straight.

That’s it for Chompers today. You did a great job brushing. Come back tomorrow morning for more amazing anatomical facts and more clean teeth. Until then, make sure to rinse and...

>> Kids: 3, 2, 1 Spit!
