>> Rachel: Hey, it’s time for Chompers, your morning and night toothbrushing show.

Start brushing on the top of your mouth on one side, and make sure to brush the inside, outside and chewing side of each tooth.

You guys have some adventurous tastebuds! So today for Chompions Week, we’re going to discover some of the weird, wacky, wonderful foods you like to eat!

>> KIDS: 3, 2, 1 Brush!

>> Rachel: Sam, Brandon and Loudon’s favorite weird food is a tropical fruit called Dragonfruit. (SFX ROAR)

Dragonfruits are sometimes called Strawberry Pears, or Pitaya, and have bright red and green spiky outsides. On the inside, dragonfruit has a delicious white fruit, with lots of little black seeds. The next time you see one, give it a try!

Switch your brushing to the other side of the top of your mouth, and make sure to brush in little circles around each tooth.

Our next wacky food is actually a combination.

Ian likes french fries dipped in Ice Cream. Samira likes french fries dipped in Nutella..

This actually makes a lot of sense -- combining a salty food with a sweet one is something we do all the time. Think about peanut butter and jelly sandwiches -- salty peanut butter with sweet jelly. Delicious! (SFX Yummmmm)

Switch to the bottom of your mouth, and keep on brushing!

Our next weird food, was sent to us by Thomas. And it’s something you might find in a garden!  But in France it’s considered a special treat. It’s ESCARGOT, a dish made of cooked snails Fancy French restaurants might cook snails with garlic and butter. But don’t go eating the snails in your garden... not all snails are good for eating, and some are even poisonous. Better leave it to the chef.

Switch to the other side of the bottom of your mouth, and don’t forget the molars in the way back.

Our last weird food is something you might think is a veggie, but is actually a fruit. Its an AVOCADO, Carleigh and Oliver’s favorite! Carleigh loves avocados because of their bright green and delicious flesh. Avocados are so popular, people have even started making avocado ice cream!

That’s it for Chompers, great job brushing all that weird food that was stuck in your teeth!

All you have to do now is...
