>> Rachel: Hey you're back!

It's time for Chompers, your morning and night toothbrushing show. Start brushing on the top of your mouth on one side, and brush all the way to the molars in the back.

>> KIDS: 3, 2, 1 brush!

>> Rachel: Its Oceans Week, and tonight we’ve got more

SFX WHAT'S THAT SOUND

We’ll play an ocean sound for you, and you have to figure out what it is. Here’s your first one:

(SFX Screeching and Clicking Sounds)

What was that? Here it is one more time:

(SFX Screeching and Clicking SOUNDS)

So...What’s that sound?

Find out after you switch your brushing to the other side of the top of your mouth, and brush all the way around each tooth

The answer is…

>> GROUP: A DOLPHIN

>> Rachel: A dolphin!

The sounds that dolphins can make are just one of the ways they communicate with each other. Dolphins also use body language. Body language is when you communicate something without a sound. Like when a person smiles, that them telling you they are happy. Dolphins use body language by blowing bubbles, snapping their jaws, slapping their tails and even headbutting each other (SFX)

Switch to the bottom of your mouth and keep brushing!

Here’s your next ocean sound:

(SFX Low barks and grunting sounds)

Did you catch that? Here it is one more time:

(SFX Low barks and grunting sounds)

So...What's that sound?

>> GROUP: A WALRUS

>> Rachel: A walrus!

Walruses are known for their giant tusks! Tusks kind of look like two really long, pointy teeth coming out of the walruses mouth, and they can grow to be 3 feet long. That's longer than a grownup’s arm!

Switch to the other side of the bottom of your mouth, and give your tongue a brush too

Walruses have bristly white whiskers on top of their mouths that look like an old man's mustache. (SFX old man saying Who, me?)

Those whiskers are super sensitive, and help the walruses find food in the icy water they like to hunt in. Some of a walrus’s favorite snacks are clams and crabs (SFX CASTANET).

That's it for Chompers today, but come back tomorrow for more clean teeth and tusks . Until then,

>> KIDS: 3, 2, 1 spit!
